How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
We want every homeowner who reaches Treesedition Pest Control to get a fair and honest experience. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what comes next. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us About
You can write to us about:
- Your experience when you called or contacted Treesedition Pest Control
- How your personal information was handled
- Anything on this site that looks unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
If the Problem Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, products, work, and customer service. If work in your home went wrong, start with the provider. Raise it with them directly. Keep a written record.
Still tell us. Feedback on providers helps us keep our network honest. Providers who repeatedly fall short of what we expect may be removed. But know this: Treesedition Pest Control cannot settle contract disputes. We cannot issue refunds for a provider's work. We cannot make decisions for a provider.
If your worry is about how a pesticide was applied, you can also contact the agency that regulates pest control in Massachusetts.
How to File
Email contact@treesedition.garden. Please include:
- Your name and how to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what you want us to do
What Happens Next
We will confirm we got your complaint by email. This usually takes a few business days. Then we look into what happened. That may include reaching out to the provider. After that, we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
Still Not Happy?
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to look again. You can also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general. Your local Better Business Bureau is another option.
